Rofeibi Global Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rofeibi, we want you to feel confident when choosing our lubricants. While our products are crafted with precision and care, we understand that returns and refunds may sometimes be necessary. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled across different regions.
Section I: Asia Policy
(Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, India, etc.)
1. Return Eligibility
- Unopened products: You may return within 30 days, no questions asked, as long as items remain in their original packaging.
- Opened products: Returns are only accepted for quality concerns, supported by a recognized lab report.
- Regional restrictions:
- Malaysia/Indonesia: Halal-certified products cannot be returned.
- India: All returns must include the official GST invoice.
2. Refunds
- Processing time: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the product is received at our warehouse.
- Method: Refunds are made via the original payment channel (Alipay, WeChat Pay, or local e-wallets).
- Fees:
- Mainland China: Free of charge.
- Other Asian regions: $5 (or local equivalent) administrative fee applies.
3. Replacements
- Wrong or missing items: We’ll reship your order free of charge and provide a $10 voucher as an apology.
- Wrong viscosity selected: You may return the product with a 50% shipping subsidy
4. Logistics
- Mainland China: Pickup arranged via SF Express (collect on delivery).
- Other Asian regions: Customers should self-ship to our bonded warehouses in Singapore or Shenzhen.
Section II: Non-Asia Policy
(Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Oceania, etc.)
1. Return Eligibility
- Unopened products: Accepted within 60 days, with free DHL return shipping.
- Opened products:
- Europe: Requires TÜV-certified quality verification.
- USA: Lab analysis required (processing may take 15–20 days).
2. Refunds
- Processing time: Refunds issued within 10–15 business days (to account for international transfer delays).
- Method: PayPal or bank wire transfer. Rofeibi absorbs the $15 cross-border transfer fee.
- Exceptions:
- Middle East: IBAN details required.
- Russia: Refunds processed only via USDT/BTC (crypto).
3. Replacements
- Advanced replacement option: Customers may request priority shipment by paying a $50 deposit, refundable once the original product is returned within 90 days.
4. Special Provisions
- Shipping restrictions:
- Australia: Requires AQIS biosecurity clearance.
- Brazil: ANVISA approval required.
- Customs duty reimbursement: Up to 70% of customs duties refunded with official receipt.

For Asian Customers
- Submit your return request through the official Rofeibi portal.
- Wait for SF Express pickup (China) or print your return label (other regions).
- Refunds are automatically processed once the return is received.
For Non-Asian Customers
- Contact Rofeibi customer service for RMA authorization.
- Print the provided DHL waybill (includes Hazmat declaration if required).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Section V: Important Notes
- Non-returnable items: Custom blends, free promotional gifts, and expired products.
- Legal variations:
- EU: Customers retain a 14-day cooling-off period under distance selling laws.
- Saudi Arabia: A male agent may be required to process returns.
- Eco-friendly disposal: In Australia and Canada, returned products are processed through Veolia-certified recycling partners.
