At Rofeibi, we stand behind the quality of every lubricant we produce. Our warranty ensures that your purchase is protected against material or manufacturing defects so you can use our products with confidence.
Warranty Coverage & Terms
All Rofeibi lubricants come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing.
- Warranty period: Clearly displayed on:
- The product packaging (near the batch code)
- The official product webpage
- If the warranty period differs between packaging and the website, the longer period
- Coverage starts on the date of purchase, verified with your sales receipt.
This Warranty Covers
- Base oil quality – molecular integrity and oxidation stability
- Additive systems – correct formulation without precipitation or separation
- Packaging – sealing, labeling, and container integrity
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:
- Products resold as secondhand
- Damage caused by:
- Improper storage (extreme heat > 60°C or cold < -30°C)
- Mixing with incompatible fluids
- Use beyond recommended drain intervals
What Counts as a Defect
We cover defects that prevent the lubricant from meeting Rofeibi’s published quality standards.

When defects appear:
- On first inspection (e.g., leaking bottle)
- Within the first few operational cycles
- By around 50% of the recommended drain interval at the latest
What Is Not Covered
Some situations fall outside warranty coverage:
- Natural wear
- Normal viscosity breakdown with extended use
- Routine deposit accumulation in engines
- Misuse
- Using motorcycle oil in a diesel engine
- Extending service intervals more than 2x beyond Rofeibi’s recommendations
- Contamination by fuel, coolant, or external substances

How to File a Claim
- Contact your seller
- Retail purchase: Return to your store or authorized dealer
- Direct Rofeibi purchase: Email warranty@rofeibi.com
- Provide documentation
- Clear photos of:
- Batch code on the bottle
- Visible defect (e.g., sludge, separation, leaking seal)
- Purchase receipt with date
- Details of your equipment: engine make/model, mileage at oil change
- Short description of symptoms and maintenance history
- Clear photos of:
- Processing timeline
- Standard cases: Resolved within 10 business days
- Complex cases: May require oil sampling and lab analysis (allow 2–3 weeks)
Resolution Options
- Replacement
- Free shipment of the same product (or upgraded equivalent)
- Priority shipping for verified defects
- Refund or Credit
- Full refund for unopened defective products
- Prorated store credit based on remaining warranty period
- Urgent cases (industrial/racing use)
