This Shipping & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Rofeibi. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Rofeibi reserves the right to extend processing times due to high demand, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
● Orders are shipped internationally from our facilities, including China.
● Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days, which is indicative and not guaranteed.
Rofeibi does not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
● Customs clearance procedures
● International shipping disruptions
● Local courier delays
● Force majeure events
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from Rofeibi are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means:
● Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
● Rofeibi is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the shipping provider
Customs, Duties & Regulations
Customers are solely responsible for:
● Compliance with local laws and import regulations
● Payment of customs duties, taxes, or additional charges
Rofeibi shall not be held liable for:
● Delays, seizures, or rejections by customs authorities
● Additional fees incurred during import
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Rofeibi is not liable for:
● Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
● Additional shipping costs due to re-delivery attempts
2. No General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (including automotive lubricants, oils, and skincare products), all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We do not accept returns for:
● Change of mind
● Product dissatisfaction
● Improper usage or handling
● Opened or used items
3. Limited Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
Rofeibi may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund only if:
● The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
● A claim is submitted within 7 days of delivery
● Valid proof is provided (photos/videos of product and packaging)
Rofeibi reserves the right to:
● Deny claims that do not meet these requirements
● Request additional evidence before approving any resolution
4. Refund Conditions
If a refund is approved:
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
● Processing time may take 5–10 business days
● Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Rofeibi reserves the right to issue partial refunds where applicable.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled prior to processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped:
● Cancellation requests will be rejected
● The order will be treated as final
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rofeibi shall not be liable for:
● Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
● Delays in delivery or failure to deliver
● Misuse or improper application of products
● Compatibility issues with vehicles, machinery, or personal use
All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Rofeibi reserves the right to:
● Refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion
● Limit or restrict quantities per customer, region, or order
